During my (thankfully) brief period at Liveperson (LPSN) we looked at several VoIP providers to partner with and HEAR was one of them. They have a good company with capable management. Sadly, for your sake, I can't say anything about their VoiceNetwork capabilities because we were just interested in the VoIP functionality, but their management was capable and that's one major factor in running a business.
