It is something that I have been mulling over (the cycle) and I believe that the crashette cleared things out and that the July pullback was anticipatory of the August pullback...self fulfilling prophecy if you will. John P has been talking about Japan bottoming and that is certainly supported by some of the things that I am privy too. P&F indicators are strong, so for the most part, I think that the general trend is going to be up. I am not completely convinced of this scenario since the Naz chart is still on a sell signal, but I am getting there.
