The licensing deal with FIC might have been made to do just that. Though, it probably is still off in the future a bit.

Keith, I hope you are right, but I still would feel a lot more comfortable if the royalties were so generously low that manufacturers and service providers would jump on the bandwagon sooner, rather than later.
