At the conference call Tate did say to expect a large increase in legal fees with no off-setting revenues.

Don, at this point, I would hazard a guess that statistically, Rambus is likely to get much better ROI on its legal "investments". I make no legal predictions, but the odds have to be better there than on the technical / engineering side.
