You probably don't have to pay attention until it breaches $15. Just have your portfolio management software put an alert on it or whatever savvy traders do. I know your opininon of Paramount, so you're probably holding your nose on this one. But they are just buying the common, no warrants, on the open market even. Rosenwald's last buys were between $15.50 and the low 16s, in late April. Just because you don't like these guys doesn't mean you can't profit from their sometimes heavyhanded actions, though perhaps their time scales are a bit long for you (?).

Though the slightly low liquidity precludes big positions, the volatility makes this one a plausible trader as well as core holding, IMO. But then, given NBSC & KDUS, liquidity issues don't seem to scare you much. Now that I think about it, I can't understand why you don't follow this one more closely. Just a busy guy.
