Dear Tony: Well, as tech investors, I feel a booming internet is good for us all. The buildout of the internet is akin to building the transcontinental railroad except THIS TIME nearly EVERY HOME in the industrialized world lives next to the tracks. So the fall out from a burgoening internet will benefit nearly every stock in at least the tech sector and probably the appliance store ultimately. This is a good thing. JDN

Hi Tony, with all this server growth (Sun's news today was extremely bullish), I'm wondering if Intel may have an "upside surprise" for the quarter. This situation reminds me of one a few years ago when PPRO was sold out and Intel issued a surprise during the quarter. I'm assuming Intel is selling all the XEONs they can make, and this could add up, especially if Intel is receiving a premium. Analysts are predicting 8-10% revenue growth, so I'm assuming Intel will have to be comfortable with 15%+ revenue growth to issue a surprise during the quarter. If it happens, it will probably be within the next 3 weeks. Just speculation.
