Well, did you do your due diligence? Nope

Due diligence! This is what those words mean to me:

An internal audit of a target firm by an acquiring firm. Offers are often made contingent upon resolution of the due diligence process. An underwriter does due diligence before soliciting its services either in stock offerings or other changes of beneficial ownership.

Still gambling based on gut feeling and information I have.
