JOANNE BROEDERS, Director. Ms. Broeders’ educational background is in legal studies and finance. Upon graduating in 1994, Ms. Broeders worked as a legal assistant for a marketing firm. From 1995 to 1998 Ms. Broeders worked for Capital Canada Ltd., an investment-banking firm, in the financing area. Ms. Broeders is the Managing Director of Investor Services Group, Inc., specializing in start-up and venture capital financing, investor relations and public offerings. STAFFORD L. GREENE Chief Fi nancial Officer Educated in the Bahamas and USA, Mr. Greene has a diverse financial background starting with Touche Ross and Co. in 1988. He joined the Bank & Trust operations of Coutts & Co (Bahamas) Ltd. where he held positions in such areas as Internal Audit and Compliance, Banking & Securities, and Mutual Fund Administration. In September 1994 he was appointed Vice President and CFO of a European-based financial trading and investment group of companies (The GFTA/ Dynamo M Group) with capital invested of US $700 million. From January to April 2000, Mr. Greene served as interim CFO of The Private Trust Corporation Limited. PTC is the largest independent trust company in The Bahamas with assets under administration in excess of US $5 billion. LILLIAN HALLAM, Executive Vice President. Since 1995, Ms. Hallam Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Athon Graphics and Marketing, an advertising boutique and marketing firm serving local businesses as well as national operations. At Athon, Ms. Hallam spearheaded a diverse array of client accounts and projects. Her extensive experience at some of the country’s leading advertising agencies gives her the insight and experience to take a communications campaign from concept to final execution with dynamic results. AV UTUKURI, Chief Technology Officer. A graduate of the Engineering Science program at the University of Toronto, Mr. Utukuri has developed 3D graphical software applications for both the entertainment and Internet industry. Mr. Utukuri brings a broad knowledge of business management and project deployment from his former role as President of a virtual reality firm. MINH DOAN, Manager, New Product Development. Mr. Doan’s experience lies in product and software development. With an extensive knowledge of C/C++, graphics, algorithms and entertainment as well as graphics applications, Mr. Doan’s main role is the development and implementation of new application products for web initiatives.
