Reflexology is a "massage sort of thing" for sure.
It works on the principle that there are reflexes in the foot that, if massaged and pressured, will relax particular parts of the body and help ease stress. Since stress is a leading cause of disease, it may ease pain and discomfort but at the very least is a most enjoyable experience. It's mainly the foot and areas of the lower leg that are massaged.
I thought since I'm moving to the Park City area that I could get known among the sporting set, skiing, hiking, etc.
