Thanks Carl, Hmmmm... I see Bert also agrees with the Megalomania Theory of INTC motivation. So much for nasty "pin counts" I guess. (Hee Hee:8) I am really feeling torn these days. If forced to choose between the increasing flatulence of the technical decisions INTC is shoving down my throat, and the amorality of a corporation bent on forcing farmers to dump their fresh daily milk, so that I would have to buy its imitation cow "juice",... Well, speaking for myself, I do believe I would have to go with door number three and head for the back country. I'd hate to vacate the barn mind. Specially with the INTC/RMBS shootout brewing. Then again I can always get the news with a quick fly over. INTC has had a long run. Its about time it had a few "bad seed" come back and take a chunk out of the hand that fed them. I'll wager that RMBS will have to be burnt off or cut out like a tick on a hound. But then, when you're as big as INTC, there's always a tick somewhere. My guess is that the "poison pill" hauled out a while back was for Daddy Intel after all. 0\|0
