Alcatel or Seimens, either would be gravy on ADI's full plate.

What we do know is that ADI will grow revenues this fiscal year ending Oct. by 80%, to $2.5+ billion. Earnings will grow 170%, from .55 to $1.50. And they already have enough visibility into '01 to set guidance at 45% growth, which I believe is extremely conservative. It'll probably be 55-65% given everything we know about the health of all the markets they play in and the fact they continue to take market share from competitors.

I'll be interested to see what Wall Street has to say about all this. The tech analysts aren't having a great year; e.g. blown calls from Blodgett, Joseph and others and the likes of Edelstone, who doesn't even know ADI exists. He had a chance to make a timely call on ADI this afternoon and completely missed the boat, but he really likes Nvidia!

Drew Peck, where are you!!?? Someone has to set these overpaid MBA's straight. ADI is at the very epicenter of the digital transformation. It's not a cyclical event, it's a secular one (thanks, Jerry) and it has a long, long way to go.
