It would seem that the accumulators have met their initial targets. I believe that next month the share issuance of March will come free floating. I would assume that both the secondary and the primary were subject to the same limits otherwise there would have pricing differences. I wonder whatever happened to the American report that was to be issued. The recent purchase by NT of US$540 million would translate into about CDN$ 45 per share based on 18 million outstanding. This is well below TSTN but then again, we aint American!
