A little more Keith, ADI was asked about Voice over DSL and they said they have that well in hand...and have had it for some time. No mention or follow-up questions in regard to VeDSL, however, since we know they have VeDSL enabled in their existing products we can assume...IMO...that VeDSL is being shipped and has been. They also said they will be making an anouncement during the current quarter of a major deal. Another item that I myself found interesting is they will report earnings next time two weeks earlier than normal. If they do that twice..or AWRE moves theirs the other direction by two weeks both would be reporting about the same time. ADI has a billion dollars in cash and plan on generating more with no plans for a share buy back or buying another company. They said they are investing it for now. They named Deutsche Telekom as a strong buyer for over a year now and France Telecom as another big deployment, along with RBOCs in Britain, Canada and elsewhere. They blew away estimates. The CEO will be on CNBC Power Lunch at 12 noon ET if I understood it right. The call is available from their website. If you want I'll get you the link. It makes me feel a whole lot better about staying long AWRE.
