JC, I wonder if the new information on the insurance/annuity operation puts the S&P downgrade in a different light! Specifically, we know that revenues were up sharply, but as we remember, the hit against them was the issue of MARGINS in that part of their business compared to industry averages. I think if this issue can be put to rest, it would remove a small blemish, and that would be helpful. When is S&P's annual revue due? Perhaps a few diligent number crunchers could scoop the story.
