What is your opinion of EXDS? ... I am not overly impressed with their fundies

Since EXDS is one of my core holdings, I will now have to send another message to your neighbor's dog to come after you again ...... But don't worry, it won't happen right away; he'll need to sharpen his teeth first.

What is your opinion of EXDS?

OK they used to do internet hosting services. I don't know if thats what they still do, but if it is, I don't like it.

The enterprise back-end area is morphing into an outsourced proposition too (see electroneconomy.com ), and as I say there are some arba/cmrc clones that are outsourced.

Then the usix's of the world too.

My biased opinion is that your arba/cmrc or webm/electroneconomy business is much more stategically important than what you would host on exodus. In other words, exodus is like usix with no core technology - and when the core tech companies want to do hosting, which they do, they will kill the no value add players.

This is a ways out though. I don't know what will happen in the next 6 mos because outsourced hosting is a solid business now.

I also think Ellen Hancock is one of the best CEOs around.

Vaugue enough for you? I'm practicing my analyst-speak

And here I was starting to look at calls on EXDS (QEDIL, QEDLL). I think short term it is a good play (looking for a real breakout over 60 but would prefer to play a bounce near 55-50). I've never managed to hold it for a long term gain yet, most probably won't again.
