Morton, Il had to postpone their pumpkin tossing deal. Had a 500 foot range and some... people built a 16,000 pound canon fired by compressed air that will fire one a mile.

That was most excellent!! I told my friend about it - tossing boulders at concrete/motar/stone walls. I've got a guilty pleasure of watching tractor pulls, swamp buggy races and monster trucks occasionally. I'm thinking of taking my son to one -- I think there is something a little wicked in these "events". Raw horsepower. Superchargers. Alcohol-nitromethane burning. 4 Wheel drive. It plays to the kid in all of us.
