Awww Man, your negativity sucks. The Lorrichio family owns the rights to all the wonderful AZNT products and, just to show how really swell they are, they're going to issue "one for one" stock in the new "publicly traded company" to all the AZNT shareholders.

Wow! The families in Brazil are really special!

As I recall, Loricchio always retained the rights to Whatchamacallit. In its "negotiations" with the SEC, AZNT was trying to "claim" an outrageous sum as the "intellectual property of Dr Loricchio" not itself.

And you'll also remember that during the talks with Monsanto, one stumbling block was that Loricchio wouldn't sign over his rights.

I don't see in problem in it either.

But why would they?

"Other than that, I see no problem with the people at ANCIE (or whatever new private company has been set up by Loricchio et al) gifting shares to
whomever they choose. After all, private companies can do whatever they like with their stock."
