This EXDS call? Does it in any way bother you that EXDS has a market cap of $24 Billion and only around $500 Million in yearly sales to make sufficient earnings out of?

Well THAT's interesting. I lost out on that ARBA play, I bought calls when it was in the 80's and then got impatient and let them go before that crazy runup. Too bad you didn't have the crazy train then <g>

I wish you'd look at rmbs too and tell me if you think the situation might be similar. It has a lot of shorts, that's why it kept moving from 74 to 66 or whatever. It's a stock people are wildly ambivalent about. So do you think it's also set up for a short squeeze? Some more contracts should be in order shortly. I think it will go nuts soon too.

Thanx, Tim.

Tim,
Who would you say is EXDS' closest competitor? And why do you consider EXDS the long term leader in this market?

I am a little skeptical about their ability to grow into their valuation and think that their business model will be under constant attack. I consider ARBA to be in a different class altogether as I believe that there will be very few winners in this space and ARBA will be one of them. I also believe that the B2B space will revolutionize the way business is done in the future.

Also, what date are the short interest figures from that you are using? My understanding is that they are always a month delayed and therefore there is a chance that the short interest has been cleared out substantially. The only numbers that I could find were from July 10 and there was one rally right after that that could have been fueled by shorts covering.

BTW: if you are interested in possible short squeezes, check out the short interest on this puppy.

(not a recommendation, I am not long this stock, nor will I be)

Sounds like you are playing to "the crowd" as usual Timmy boy........that's something you hear from naive traders or frustrated wannabe shorters. MONGO
