I can only say that every objection I could apply was fairly easily disposed. For example, the objection that Att would never give up their BB baby, but who says Att couldn't deliver telephony and other services over Apple @Home? Ownership gives Apple the power to redirect the floundering media aspect of ATHM towards a direction whose intent would be to finesse the best of Yahoo.
