This is not the last CORL will hear of MC.

I expect he will soon be entering some sort of plea on the insider activity charges, misconduct which also harmed CORL itself -- certainly to the extent it held CORL shares in treasury and perhaps otherwise. Also, one may legitimately speculate about other excesses in the executive suite during MC's era of high living. Now that he's gone, the board of directors has a legal responsibility to investigate and, if warranted, seek compensation/reimbursement from MC for any breach of his fidelity duty.
