Thanks Rick. Tekboy pointed it out too. I suppose a lot of fan club members will be thinking that George Gilder and Gregg Powers are both now officially off their rockers.

30 June is a little while ago, and presumably the shares were bought some time before that, so I suppose that was before the full impact of the dismal sales results was widely recognized.

Maybe they just wanted to cash in on the Great Globalstar Memorial Day Massacre and are now waiting for the Thanksgiving Day Celebration since the previous short squeezes didn't amount to much.

I wonder if I'll be paid a commission? WSJ.com, Carrie Lee, CNBC, Wall Street Journal, Irwin Jacobs and other dehypothecation co-conspirators are in it for the money, so I guess I should get some gratuity.

PS: Are you going to grab a huge amount of GSTRF at the open tomorrow before the big, Powerful short squeeze?

5 million shares! Now THAT's a Tonka Truck!

That'll be $5 billion in a few years [I think it's 2004]

Diamond H: Glad to see Gregg P. has validated my feelings wrt G* :-)

(at least that G* was 'a screaming buy' at the June levels. I suppose they could have exited their position by now, but given the stated 'buy and hold' philosophy stated over and over on the Qualcomm thread in years past, I suspect they did their DD and once in a stock, they maintain their position until the fundamentals change considerably. One thing we can say for G* is that nothing has changed since June - we were behind 'the plan' then and we are behind now. :-(

RS: are you thinking you might increase your G* position at a currently defined point?
