Wrong again BILOW! You are full of BS as usual.

RAMBUS can only claim royalties from the date of issue of the patents and they have a duty to inform infringers. Some of the SDRAM patents issued in march of this year that is why the back royalties only go to Q2 of this year. However, they do go forward for the full duration of the patent which I believe is currently 20 years.

Back royalties for 8 years THAT THEY DESERVE - will not happen. water under the bridge.

I will settle on royalties from 2000 forward to get this behind us. NEC signs next.
