Williams and Broadwing both have (or were granted) 3 million shares of CORV...which coincidentally should cover the costs of the amplifier equipment they are getting from CORV. The value of these orders (200MM each, or free each, depending on how you look at it) is part of the reason for CORV's high value. I think it is the highest IPO ever for a company with no trailing sales.
