Brumar, I believe that the control of these drugs would be
with the FDA due to their effects on the humanoid;-) What is the alternative?? Look at the Rave Clubs, and the decadence of our youth today;-(

<BTW> My late husband was an FBI Agent who recruited and trained Drug Agents for many years;-(
