any comments? cheers, jerry

I don't quite get how kaiser matches his "MMI can take over the internet-don't laugh" comment with his current hope for a $1B market cap for MMI/TS. Kana, a corporate e-mail service company, has a market cap of $4B. EXDS, a web hosting company, has a market cap of $25B.

The market cap of something that takes over the internet would be in the multiple billions of dollars.

Time frame might be the answer.

MMI/TS's valuation next year v. 5 yrs from now perhaps?

Kaiser said that:

Before the year is over Meteor and the minority Thoughtshare shareholders will have to do a big financing to fund a huge marketing push in 2001

Big is a relative term. If MMI/TS takes off as we all hope, the financing may be small even though the $ amount is large. Remember how MMI was going to do a rollback? The market's evaluation of MMI/TS may allow a small financing.
