Carpe: Agree with you on CRA. Still keeping cash for one more dip. If there is anyone out there who still "believes" in the integrity of analysts, the whole chip sector downgrade/upgrade farce should turn you sceptical. I just wonder how it all comes about. Are SSB, GS, JPM, Lehman and others all at a 3 martini lunch when GS pulls out a deck of cards, deals and says "First jack does the downgrade, first king gets the upgrade"? Baton

. . .Panera Bread [PNRA] . . . in my opinion, will expand at a blazing rate of speed. . .and will essentially be the next Starbucks. This is a "high-quality" quick food restaurant, generally placed in high-traffic mid to upscale new strip plazas. . . .the type with Bed Bath Beyond, Barnes & Noble, Restoration Hardware types of stores. . . Their specialty is a dozen or more varieties of homemade breads, from which they will make fresh made sandwiches. . .served with excellent soups. . .gourmet coffees, juices, etc. . . in a very attractive environment, like a trendy uptown gourmet deli. They recently signed a deal for about 500 or so new stores. At this level of growth and at the current price, the stock has a PE ratio of 31. I've been wishing the stock would crawl back under $10 where it was just a month ago. . . but there is little downward pressure at this time. Plenty of time to do your DD. . .hopefully this one will still pull back to the 13 area once more in the near-term. . .before proceeding northward. Do your DD. . .and check 411 to see if there is a new location nearby. Rande Is
