ZiaSun officials decline to be interviewed, citing a pending lawsuit filed by ZiaSun in federal court in San Francisco against a group of Internet critics of the company for allegedly mounting a "cybersmear campaign" against ZiaSun. In a written statement in response to written questions, ZiaSun officials say they are "fully committed to preserving and developing the shareholders' equity."

Funny, that lawsuit doesn't keep you from putting out all kinds of BS PR's, and it didn't stop you from appearing on CNBC, or getting interviewed by that punk reporter in San Diego, and it sure didn't stop you from touting your crummy financials a couple of days ago in a PR and then not having them ready to file with the SEC. Fully committed to pulling the wool over the public's eyes would be a better ending to that paragraph.

It would also be more accurate to cite a pending lawsuit by one of the Ziasun 8 AGAINT YOU as the reason for your lip buttoning, not that SLAPP crap you've put out. Don't worry, let it go long enough and there won't just be one suit against you, and i'm not talking about the class actions that could be unleashed by that WSJ story. Better hurry up busting out the company so there's nothing left worth suing. It's your best defense.

I am shocked, just shocked that the SEC stands by as innocent investors get screwed. Somebody should call their congressman and ask that this be investigated......

"IAM officials turned down repeated requests for interviews and have refused to identify the precise location of their Barcelona offices."

I gave a letter to the postman,
he put it his sack.
But in early next morning,
he brought my letter back.

She wrote upon it:
Return to sender, address unknown.
No such number, no such zone.
We had a quarrel, a lover's spat
I write I'm sorry but my letter keeps coming back.

So then I dropped it in the mailbox
And sent it special D.
But in early next morning
it came right back to me.

She wrote upon it:
Return to sender, address unknown.
No such number, no such zone.

This time I'm gonna take it myself
and put it right in her hand.
And if it comes back the very next day
then I'll understand the writing on it

Return to sender, address unknown.
No such person, no such zone.
