Inc. (MEHO) and a Meridian subsidiary, Intercare.com, to jointly market
Superwire and Meridian products to the healthcare market.

In phase one of the agreement, Superwire will deliver high-speed Internet,
collocation, and hosting services to Meridian, 300 Medical offices and clinics,
and 15 hospitals in the Los Angeles area. This will enable the rapid and secure
transmission of medical information, facilitate patient tracking, and the
ongoing delivery of medical services in the Los Angeles market.
