SUNW is not totally open source.
They spend a lot of money on software.
Dell has to keep on increasing R&D, and Selling expenditures. They will still grow 30% year over year. That is good enough for me.
I will still work in the 50-60 p/e on trailing 12 months earnings.
Currently that is .67.
That means Dell should be between 33.5 to 40.2 conservatively.
I am a buyer in this range.
I will sell once Dell hits close to 75 p/e, unless we have solid proof of success in non-pc areas.
