ADSL Market Grows 40% in 2Q00 According to a Report Published by Dell'Oro Group
PORTOLA VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 16, 2000--Dell'Oro Group, a leading market research firm, reports that in 2Q00, revenue for the ADSL Market grew 40% to $413 Million.

ADSL, primarily used by residential consumers, represents 65% of the total DSL Market. Alcatel dominates in the space with over triple the revenue of its nearest competitor. Nokia, Cisco, and Paradyne posted stair-step growth during 2Q00 with 144%, 77%, and 53% growth rates respectively.
