Bernie, if WSRL does not hold $17.75, I think you should be able to get it a good 15% lower or more. Frankly, WSTL is not participating, it should have been above $20 by now, and it has a pretty good chance of breaking.

I was heavy on the bu$$ but bailed at 83 1/2. ggg
Now I am extremely heavy in cash as well.
SHORT PMCS this am but currently even. Wished I did it at the high.
