Hi Venkie: DELL is coming down to levels I did not think it would reach (until after another split <G>)....I still like the company but the stock performance in the last year has been less than ideal. Patient investors like my relatives still have most of their shares and look out on the horizon.

At the moment I am 100% invested in fast growing fiber optics pioneers -- mostly AVCI and some JNPR. It seems like AVCI is starting to move as the quiet period will end in just under a week. I have been fortunate with this stock (entered on the IPO day) and am up over 40% since I boarded the train at the end of July. You can't take anything for granted though -- especially in this market...;-)

Good luck investing.

Regards,

Scott

Hi Donnie:
<<< I am getting interested in dells stock price..hmmmm
wonder where it would head if we get a fall correction..>>>
FWIW
Stocks tend to correct in one swell fwoop- Aug 11 down from ~43 to ~37, after institutions spent the night setting a price.
Market has not responded well to Dell's comments or news this year, so I don't expect them to now.
A guess would be Dell between 36 and 43 (plus ?) until November unless major news. Drifting up a little towards earnings as a bit of confidence returns to LT holders.
Correction ? Whut correction? We've had several already. Like about 33%. Feb, April, Aug, so why do we a need an Oct. one too.? With Nas down, the stock down,
an election, and less Fed pressure I don't see the need for one in Oct.
But its still best to be prepared anytime
To Dell, or not to Dell, that is the main question
Sig ( who has been wrong on Dell price many times)
