Very interesting on the "Missing BOE." Is this a rumor just swirling around in the pits, or is there a published source?

I agree the govt spin is coming, in spades. This is the price where it usually starts. We'll see how effective it is. It wouldn't surprise me to see Clinton/Richardson "sell" some SPR crude here at all.
