Pierre, I move money between Loral and G* from time to time (for tax reasons, and to give me the illusion of control as both companies' market caps melt away). Early this year, when G* was 49 and Loral was 21, I moved money out of G and into L. A few months later, when both stocks were very close in price, I reversed direction and increased the allocation to G* (though I still had even then perhaps 5X as much L as G).

Monday, I sold all my G* except the original shares purchased at IPO and with associated warrants and put the money into L, making my L holdings about 30X G.

Why? Although I still believe there's a pony under all the manure, and a happy ending for both stocks, the risk/reward ratio at present prices seems to me to favor Loral at this point. It's really a subjective judgement, unrelated to any specific news...certainly not the Gilat VSAT announcement (which actually came out after I had made my decision).
