Roebear, I'd be very surprised if this OSX rally lasts much longer. Now I'm not saying we need to retreat all the way back to 110, but I don't think we go too much higher.

The XOI and crude prices are staying strong. I believe that's helping the OSX.

Personally I don't care which direction we go now. I have enough in the sector to make out nicely and I have enough buying power to leverage another dip.

I lightened my PGO position (which was overweighted) today to buy more pipe.

If the Fed doesn't raise on Tues (which looks very likely) then I would expect Techs to rally and pull money away from the oil sector (at least short term).

However, the API's and DOE # have become VERY important of late so more than anything they'll set the tone.
