The company, currently with 300 users, aims to capture 3,000 customers in the region by the end of 2000 or 20% of its goal for the country. Globostar, which already operates in Sao Paulo state, is to focus in the North region, with total investments of US$180 million in its operations I hope that this means that there are 300 soft users testing the GW and the GW hopes to have 3,000 users by YE00 and GBrazil hopes to have 15,000 users. If that's true, I see that as moderately bullish that the GW thinks that it can generate 3,000 subs in its first 4 months. Then again, who knows. G's releases when made in English often need translation; why should Brazil's releases be easier to understand.
