<<<Can you sell covered leaps, like covered calls?
If minimum is 6 month, what is the max. expiration for LEAP? What is the difference with Between Leap and a Call?>>>
Max expiration: Leaps always expire in January only
Dell leaps are available for Jan 2002 and now Jan 2003 The 2003's came on market in June with prefix VDLxx.
The original Jan 2001 Leaps are now called calls.
In February their designation was changed to DLQAI (example) and the preferred designation of calls can now continue sequentially thru the year, dlqai, dlqbi, dlqci,
etc as those new calls for 2001 come on the market.
