"Economic variances have little if nothing to do with inalienable rights" You entangled the term inalienable rights with the societal issues of legalities in marriage and discrimination in the work place....not me. You associated these issues with the American demographics of protected status for groups of people. I merely pointed out that on the basis of this arguement, economic variances have always played the key role. I agree that inalienable rights are misapplied here.....Your fault.
