Tony,

Looks like HWP blew away estimates, though revenue wasn't great (also announced 2 for 1).

Curious to hear details on servers, PC's. I always liked HP as a proxy for the health of the industry because of their mix and their strength overseas.

stranger in paradise, to me.


Even if someone doesn't really understand what a speedpath
is they can here about varius steppings as they are released and they can observe availability of chips at different speeds and make a reasonable guess based on these observations. On the other hand without a solid knowlege of
CPU archetecture they are unlikely to be able to make a reasonable guess about how fast future chips or new steppings (or other changes) on current ones will run.
