It's making lower highs way too volatile for my liking, I don't like stocks below 10 as it is, I wouldn't buy unless it got above 9 on some news that will change the current fundamentals. Mind you I have no idea what the story is, but I would not buy it myself unless this changed in a meaningful way by some news of some sorts. You clearly see why siliconinvestor.com the stock has drop to below IPO levels, which was nearly fours years ago, at best I see it flat lining till something changes the current story. What you need is something like what happen to EMLX, news that caused it to pop up then stay up make a little base, then to move higher off that base like EMLX is instead popping up then move right back down again gain, that kind action builds up dissent in the mind of holders and fuels trading action, all that needs to be worked off. Those traders and longer term holders need something to convince them to keep holding and to stay long.
