More on ESHR. It's larger competitor KANA is valued at 3.5 billion and lost 200 million last quarter. ESHR is valued at 79 million (with 63 mill hard assets) and only lost 2 mill last quarter. What's wrong with this picture?

I heard the reason ESHR doesn't get the streets support is because it's 90+ % insider owned. Is there anything to this. When I researched the company last spring I noticed that their main platform actually originates from a AOL agreement they work on years ago and they have won a ton of awards. Seems to be about the most under valued company around.
