"Sin" is an ill-conceived concept, especially the immoral concept of "original sin." I grant you that some acts defined as sin are immoral, as they deprive others of their rights or property. But most acts defined as "sin" are subjective and arbitrary in their nature.

Overall, the concept of "sin" is used by a small group of individuals to gain psychological control of a larger group of individuals. This is true of most cults.
