So he's off by a week or two.

Meanwhile, the writer you cite got frustrated and quit. I'll make a similar prediction and speculate we'll get an up or down decision, or at least a notification that Nasdaq requires more information (perhaps relative to the deal concerning the sale of the Lanier business unit), within the next couple of weeks.

I think EDIG will not want to lose shareholders and will therefore do its utmost to quicken at least a clarification statement from Nasdaq decisionmakers.

Remember, the company only lost a penny in its last quarter and has projected profitability for the next quarter. This has to count for something. Nasdaq may wish for EDIG to substantiate its confidence that it'll become profitable, given the uncertainty surrounding the sale of the Lanier business unit from which EDIG derives revenue.

Also, the availability of the EDIG-Maycom product might have to happen before Nasdaq approval is given, as it too is relevent to revenue. And I don't think Nasdaq will let EDIG on board without proving present or future revenue paths.

Please consider that much of what I've written above is guess work on my part.
