Wisconsin fish boil sounds kind of like seafood chowder without the flour and cream. No such thing as bad seafood in my book. We boil crawfish like that in Louisiana, with new potatoes and corn on the cob but we add a lot of seasoning to the water, onions, lemons, celery, garlic, lots of red pepper, and something like Zatarain's shrimp boil or crab boil seasoning.
