Thanx Scott...

Have you been doing it, and on what stocks, and what proportion of your portfolio?

I forgot to mention--theoretically another "psychological" problem is: Say you buy-write elon at 40 and then it goes to 30, and you buy-write at 30, and it closes at 35. Then you get called away at 30 if you do nothing, and that means you probably came out at a loss. So you have to buy back adn roll out. So that is a theoretical problem. Therefore its good to buy-write at the "low" end of the channel--i.e. the other day at 33 was good for ELON. And I'll wait for it to retrace if I decide to do it.

When doing it for beano income you dont' want to write cc at high end.
