Viper, It is MHO that JPC "placing" shares has been better for investors than if they arbitrarily added them into the float. The placement of shares the last couple of times was above the going price and they were locked up for a year. This gave them time to search for the right "value added partners" and to build the system.
Also JPC can only sell "shares" based on the volume. The volume at this point only would allow him to sell about 50,000 a month. Hardly what I would call "dumping"!
