Not even close! They only have one switch, and that's a director(fixes problems with no downtime) switch that doesn't work on IP networks. They do not have a competitive switch for this area, as of yet. BRCD dominates this area and until MCDT supplies a switch for IP configuration, I would use caution here with their market cap in the billions. The big ?, is whether EMC will continue to do business with them after 2001, which is 75% of their sales. EMC has no choice until then. Considering that it's in the right sector though, it will probably run to 300 before the street realizes what they purchased. Good luck with it.
