It seems your arguments have the same aledged deficiencies:

1. A settlement - of which you don't know the details...

I might add the details of these settlements will be reflected in the quarterly reports. Not all the details perhaps but certainly the payments.

2. Opinions about information passed at JEDEC meetings that you know nothing about...

I read what there is to be had on the JEDEC meetings. So far there is no compelling argument.
