I will have a major Dom Perignon binge if/when Spinco becomes a full-fledged, card-carrying, dues paying Muskeeter in the 3G4P.

I think we can see where this is going if the various regulators have approved "fair and non-discriminatory" membership rules for those who wish to join the Prevaricators Platform.

Does SpinCo send its application directly to Serge once it has been spun? When that happens will "everybody please join up" Serge then sing another tune?

I wanna see the bye-laws for becoming a "made" Musketeer!

Enquiring minds want to know.

P.S. Our friend Mr. Raes sure has some lame arguments.

P.P.S. If the downstream (i.e. future inventions) Spinco to QCOM IPR issues in a 3rd party acquisition of Spinco are resolved, that would be the coup de grace against what would be Serge's argument that Spinco is nothing more than a Q-wolf in ASIC clothing.

>> Roll on the 3G auctions.

A commentator on the BBC World service was speculating that
3G subscribers would be 'surcharged' about 2 pounds/month
to pay for the spectrum charges
