Hi Chris, The loss was definitely greater than I had anticipated,(ouch), but most of EVIS's subsidiaries are just being ramped up and are not producing revenue yet. I'm still checking on the share count but I think the number of shares in that link you gave is for options that have yet to be exercised by Chan. Don't hold me to it but I think the share count maybe between 24mil. to 25mil. I'll keep checking. It will be interesting to see the reaction the stock takes today. Best Regards, Bill
